MEASURING THE WIDTH
- when ordering sliding doors, the MEASURES OF THE OPENING are given on the order.
- when ordering shelf systems, always indicate the OVERALL DIMENSIONS OF THE
PRODUCT, the sufficient reserve for installing the product must be considered when sending the
order.
- if the floor is not levelled, wardrobes must be ordered with adjustable socles.
- if the ceiling is not levelled for more than 10 mm when measured from the sides of the ceiling, a
wardrobe with its own ceiling (KK,MK) must be ordered (i.e. not the type Standard) or the upper sliding rail
must be levelled, using intermediate blocks and in addition ordering a cover strip for the
upper sliding rail.
- if left or right wall is not levelled or not straight, Standard, High cupboard, or Low cupboard must
be chosen as the wardrobe type.

USER AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL
User and maintenance manuals instruct how to use and take care of Arina’s different products – sliding doors and wardrobe systems (hereinafter: furniture). Following the requirements set in these manuals is the prerequisite for applying the 2-year warranty.
1.1. All products in Arina's product range are for indoor usage.
Products do not tolerate long-term exposure to the water.
Melamine and lacquered veneered furniture parts are very vulnerable to humidity.
The recommended humidity range for furniture is 40÷60%. Short term increase of humidity or wetting does not damage the product,
but the damage to the products must be avoided by immediate drying the product or by ventilating the rooms.
If using furniture without special furniture legs, the access of water underneath the furniture must be avoided.
The edges of the furniture panels will bloat and erode due to long-term exposure to water.
1.2. It’s not recommended to install the products near heating devices or radiators.
In addition to the humidity, the lacquered veneered details are also sensitive to abrupt changes of humidity and temperature,
which can cause the surface cracking. The veneered details must be kept away from direct sunlight to avoid bleaching.
1.3. It must be considered that the sliding doors made from plated material are not suitable for separating rooms
where the temperature and humidity conditions are very different, as it may cause the doors considerably curving.
1.4. All products must be used purposefully considering the workload standards set for
the details and the individual parts (point 3) of the product. When using products with sliding wheel or rails do not over
force on the door panels. It is prohibited to release the grip before the product is in desired position and to let the door panels move to the extreme position inertially.
1.5. The products do not tolerate heavy strikes or scratching or hitting the surface with sharp objects.
2.1. The maintenance instructions for Arina products contain mainly cleaning and adjusting
or suspending the moving parts (different sliding wheels, hinges, bumpers; roll and slide rails of
the sliding baskets, sliding drawers, shoe shelves, trouser-and tie hangers and hanger systems of the wardrobe systems; and adjustable legs).
2.2. The products must be cleaned as soon as there is some dirt on it, otherwise the stains would be difficult to remove.
Damp soft cloth or sponge can be used for cleaning the surfaces. For heavily stained surfaces and parts mild detergents can be used in accordance to instructions of the detergent manufacturer.
After the cleaning, the detergent residue must be removed from the surface with damp cloth and finally dried with soft cloth.
2.3. Periodically, in accordance to the cumulation of dust and other dirt, the lower rails channels must be cleaned with the vacuum cleaner. Using the sliding doors if there is sand, dirt or other abrasive particles in the lower rails channel may cause serious damages to the sliding wheels.
2.4. When cleaning Arina products you must not:
- wash surfaces with large amounts of water,
- clean surfaces with hard detergents, acidic and abrasive detergents,
- scratch the surfaces mechanically,
- use strong solvents for cleaning lacquered surfaces.
2.5. While using Arina products it might be necessary to adjust or suspend the fittings. The reason for that may be sinking of the building or
the floors after the product was installed as well as due to the intensive and forceful use of the product.
As soon as You have detected any deviation - clucking, obstructions when moving or uncommon sounds at that, please feel free to contact the manufacturer to order the service.
2.6. It is prohibited to oil the wheels of the sliding door.

The wheels of Trend room dividers are visible from the back side of the door and thus they are not suitable

SLOPING DOORS
It must be taken into account in case of sloping doors that the minimum width of opening is
1500 mm and the minimum number of doors is 3, of which 1 may be a sloping door.
rails are used for supporting the doors. If doors with a supplementary rail are used, an wardrobe system
with shelves needs to be located behind them, onto which the supplementary rail could be fixed. Support
wheel is fixed onto the door using glue or screws, in case of glass flltings, a ca 100 wide mm ribbon made
of 10 mm melamine is glued onto the back side of the door, behind the wheel. It is recommended to consult
with the manufacturer when planning solutions for sloping doors
ceiling using special fixing brackets. In such case, a 10 mm wide melamine board cover strip of suitable color
will hide the aluminium top profile and fixing brackets. One set of brackets must be calculated for approximately
750 mm of rail.

ARINA SHELF-SYSTEMS, WARDROBE FITTINGS
- All components of Arina shelf systems are made of 16 mm thick melamine panels. Also, melamine borders
are used for bordering. The bottoms of all upright details leaning on the floor are bordered as well!
- 3 mm thick HDF panels are used as the backpanels of the wardrobe.The backpanel is fixed with pins on the
back side of the wardrobe. Backpanel is available for an extra charge!
- Up to the length of 2101, side details are drilled after every 32 mm throughout the entire length (serial drilling).
In case of longer details (KK, KR), supplementary holes are drilled for fixing the upper panel(s) of wardrobe.
- 2101 mm and shorter side details are drilled after every 32 mm in the whole extent. For that reason,
the height (H) of the wardrobe/detail can be calculated according to the formula H = N x 32 + 53,
in which N is a positive whole number.
- Shelves are fit between side/intermediate walls. The shelves are located 2 mm backwards from intermediate
wall front side. The shelves are fixed with little metal angle brackets.
- It is not advisable to use shelves that are longer than 900 mm and hanger tubes that are longer than 1200 mm
without support, as deflection may occur.
- Drawers are made of 150 mm high grey metal drawer sides which are moving on roller slides.
The back detail of the drawer is made of 16 mm thick, the bottom of 10 mm thick grey melamine.
Front panel of drawers is usually 189 mm high and it is normally made of same melamine material as body of
wardrobe . The drawers are without handles, a gap is left between the front parts of drawers to allow them to be
opened. Mechanism for soft closing can be fixed onto drawers as an accessory.
Minimum depth of the shelf system where drawers can be installed is 300 mm.
- If it is desired or needed, if the floor is uneven or at a slant, it is possible to additionally order a socle with
adjustable height and with a bottom panel, the total height is 80 mm.
